This is a very nice/first class park. Everything in the park is nice and new and the grounds are VERY well kept. As mentioned earlier picnic tables would have been nice for eating outside on but that is about the only fault I could find. Beach access is right across the street and due to the location in regard to the rest of Panama City Beach traffic around the streets is very light. Internet access is free and usually worked very well. We used the Good Sams discount and stayed for 7 nights. I will be back for sure.
This is a very solid campground for a KOA. VERY clean and neat and the staff is constantly cleaning the grounds of trash etc. Even tiny pieces of paper are quickly picked up. I had a pull through site which was plenty large enough for my 37 foot Class A with room to spare. The sites are spaced nicely and the location is good too. Easy in an out plus close to sight seeing areas. Pool was clean and the laundromat area worked well too. The lake is small but nice. Overall a very good place but of course not a luxury RV park but then I didn't expect that. I would stay here again.
This is exactly my definition of a quality RV park. Lots of trees, grass, pool, and it was beautiful. Staff was nice and the grounds even better. Also there was not a lot of people that looked like they lived there with junk all around their RV like I see at many parks. In fact I didn't see ANYONE that looked like that. All the RVs were nice and the sites were kept up nice etc. I love this place and Charleston was very nice too for sightseeing, dining etc
This was a nice park and the staff was VERY friendly. The only negative I can find is that the park is new and did not have many trees. So it is mostly like camping in full sun exposure. Otherwise everything was very nice. I will go back for sure.
